- Bring the water to a boil in the pot.
- Reduce to simmer and add herbs.
- Simmer tea for 10 minutes
- Carefully remove from heat and strain tea through fine mesh strainer.
- Pour 1 cup of tea into cup or mug.
- Add honey and lemon as desired; let it cool slightly.
- Enjoy
This is the herbal tea that I use for arthritis pain relief.
