Herbal Tea For Arthritis Pain

My favorite tea for arthritis.

Ingredients
  

Herbs
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • 1 tsp grated turmeric
  • 1 tsp cinnamin
  • 1 tsp rosemary
  • 1 tsp thyme English, French, or German
  • 1 tsp nettle leaves
  • 1 tsp willow bark
  • 1 tsp honey per cup optional
  • 1 slice lemon optional
  • 4 cops water

Equipment

  • 1 medium pot
  • 1 food grater
  • 1 fine mesh strainer

Method
 

  1. Bring the water to a boil in the pot.
  2. Reduce to simmer and add herbs.
  3. Simmer tea for 10 minutes
  4. Carefully remove from heat and strain tea through fine mesh strainer.
  5. Pour 1 cup of tea into cup or mug.
  6. Add honey and lemon as desired; let it cool slightly.
  7. Enjoy
