
Herb Butter For Roasted Chicken
Mixing herbs with butter to put on chicken before roasting prevents bland chicken and improves the flavor of the chicken.

Method
- Allow the butter to soften and add in the garlic, oil, and herbs.
- Pat chicken skin dry with a paper towel.
- Spread the softened butter mixture all over the chicken (or pieces).
- Roast your chicken as you normally would.
- Refrigerate any remaining butter rub in a sealed container, in refrigerator.
Notes
I have made this with dried herbs, but you must use the following formular:
1 teas of dried herb = 1 tab of fresh herb.
If using table salt, use half as much. Pink Himalayan and Kosher salt have less sodium.
